I don't quite understand why only these few are not needed anymore?

I'd prefer to keep these files but change the READMEs to mention https://github.com/apache/pekko-platform-guide instead of the Akka Platform guide.

does pekko-platform-guide need a lot of migration jobs? it doesn't have an available online version.
