Update all the Deprecation since version to Pekko `1.0.0`? #673

Motivation: As Pekko is a Akka fork, these versions were Akka versions, and now with the pekko 1.0.0 released, it maybe a good time to update these version to 1.0.0

The deprecation notices would be inaccurate and delay our ability to remove the deprecated code. I would vote -1 on this topic if it came to a vote. My preference is to start removing the deprecated code.

There is an open thread on lists.apache.org. Contentious issues should be discussed there.
