Remove the PQL only tools and tests #8362

Since PQL is deprecated, we want to remove the following PQL specific tools and tests:

org.apache.pinot.tools.query.comparison.QueryComparison and all related classes
org.apache.pinot.tools.scan.query.ScanBasedQueryProcessor and all related classes
org.apache.pinot.integration.tests.HybridClusterIntegrationTestCommandLineRunner
org.apache.pinot.tools.query.comparison.StatsGenerator

@siddharthteotia Can you please verify if these classes are safe to be removed? I remember LinkedIn used to have a internal test on top of HybridClusterIntegrationTestCommandLineRunner
