Motivation

Fix example command at Access Pulsar Manager as below.

... which won't work because -d option comes "after" backend-service address.

Modifications

Modify example command to make the command valid.
Apply shell format on the codeblock

Verifying this change

Apologies for the confusion, @tisonkun 🙇🏼

The error was "cannot resolve host PUT", I previously reported must be a misunderstanding on my side, not an issue. I tried again today and works as expected. Sorry for any inconvenience.
