【Enhance】Metrics collection can not end in valid time because of increasing topic and consumer group numbers. #144

Describe the bug With the RocketMQ topic and consumer group number grows up, the metrics collection task cannot end in valid time, which makes the metrics line discontinuous

Expected behavior Metrics can be collected totally in 1 min
