name-service needs to support headless svc #214

FEATURE REQUEST

  1. Please describe the feature you are requesting. name-service needs to support headless svc, and internal access is inconvenient.
  2. Provide any additional detail on your proposed use case for this feature. If necessary, specify a cluster address similar to the following when connecting: 
    name-service-0.name-service-headless:9876;name-service-1.name-service-headless:9876;name-service-2.name-service-headless:9876
