Describe the Bug

the slave nodes don't synchronize the LMQ consumer-offset, and then a slave becomes the master, the LMQ consumer can't get it's offset 20240809-110320 20240809-110538 20240809-110543

Steps to Reproduce

Just switch to the slave node
