使用 spark 引擎，任务提交到 yarn 上，日志也会在 yarn 上。能否像 datax 一样，本地打印采集日志，包含采集的速度，已经采集的数量，这对生成工作很有帮助。另外，限速的功能可以加上，采集过快会对源端数据库产生影响
