[Feature][ Zeta Rest Api] add authorization for zeta rest api #6451

Description

For other languages to integrate seatunnel, rest api is very useful, but the rest api currently does not have security configs, if used in production environment will have a lot of risks, please consider adding a security certification configuration, such as basic authentication

Usage Scenario

Make the zeta rest api safer to use in production
