Deleting the second 'rating metric' makes the text input field for the first disappear #100

If you add a second "Rating Metric" block, and then remove it again, this also deletes the text input field for the first rating metric.

I could not reproduce this problem again, let's close until we have a more solid description of how to trigger the issue.
