When sending emails, an error box briefly appears #115

When sending the 'OSS/ASF Emails', it seems an error window flashes briefly (something like 'connection failed'), even when the emails are in fact sent successfully.

I found this problem while publishing CVE-2023-47804.

IIRC it was something like "TypeError: resource temporary unavailable" but I might be wrong. The flashing was very quick.

Aside from this, the green button "Send these Emails" is not disabled, but it remains possible to send the emails again. This allowed me to verify this issue twice... and to disappoint some people with my multiple reports!
