Consider using AI to give quality check feedback #85

Given a CVE entry we could ask an AI like ChatGPT to tell us if the entry is clear/understandable or not (perhaps first seeding it with a description of what to expect). This could be interesting via an API so it could give feedback when a PMC member edits an entry.
