prometheus & Grafana will be configured to collect metrics only for SC or other micro-services also, based on this we need to define the Grafana dashboard.
SC does not uses apollo for any configuration, do we still need apollo here?

sorry, I did not say, in fact it is the servicecomb control plane, not just helm for sc , but for java chassis also, and open for other different kind of framework or service mesh to fit in

Sounds GOOD! And i think we can make apollo deploy optional
