add example for sharding-proxy of hint mode #182

Fixes #179.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

add new module sharding-proxy-hint-example.
set hint value through sctl:hint statement.
add conf file for hint.
the hint result is reflected by the sharding-proxy log.
