This pr mainly modifies the documentation of the TCP plugin. The changes are mainly in:

Add introduction to the discovery configuration
Replace the picture so that the content of the picture in Chinese mode is Chinese, and the content of the picture in English mode is English
Concrete configuration steps of the admin dashboard
