Quartz module has been abandoned. It needs to be removed

Remove quartz from Shiro

@himakar579 Thank you! However, I am not sure what details you are looking for. Do you have any specific question(s)? The issue is pretty clear what needs to be done. Remove all references to quartz module.

@lprimak, I have done the required changes and Pushed the updated code on 11-July.
