Why i update the d3 version 4.12.2 => 5.7.0. The d3 version 4.12.2 has a d3.event bug. So it cause the event cannot be injected and then the zoom drag event cannot be used.
The tree display deficiencies: it cannot show the break traces, because the break trace cannot turn into a right tree struction,so i also hold back the list span display.

@TinyAllen When you upgrade version, you need update LICENSE file in apm-dist/release-docs main repo. Please send a pull request to change that too.
