Operator never deletes ingress or per-node services #673

To reproduce:

  1. Create a cluster with ingress enabled (e.g. solrAddressability.external: Ingress)
  2. Update the spec by removing the external addressability
  3. Both Ingress resource and Service resources for node-services remain
