Steps to reproduce

1. Sources > Databases> Add

2. Enter database name, SQLAlchemy URI and Extra:

   "engine_params": {
         "connect_args":{
             "sslmode":"require",
             "sslrootcert": "/static/cert/ca-cert.pem"
       }
    }
   }

3. Click on 'Test Connection'
