Queue Delivery Service Servers in Traffic Portal #1745

As a user in Traffic Portal, I would like to be able to queue all servers assigned to a specific delivery service. Currently you can only queue servers individually or the applicable cdn as a whole.

For what it's worth, you can now queue updates for all servers in a topology assuming the ds uses a topology. Do you think this functionality is still needed @jhg03a ?

Good to know. That might satisfy it going forward. Having an entry in the dropdown menu for it though might be handy.
