Failover cacheGroup options are not listed when they have been selected and then deleted. #3732

Version: Version: 3.0.0-10156.528dd745.el7 (nightly) Topology-> cachegroups Field: Failover cache groups

  1. choose/add all the cachegroup listed and update
  2. check the 'Failover cache groups' dropdown, the selected entries are removed from the list.
  3. Delete the fallback cachegroups added in step 1
  4. update, check the 'Failover cache groups' dropdown Expected: the cachegroup entries should appear in the list actual: they don't get listed until the page is explicitly refreshed.

@lbathina - this only seems to happen if ALL cache groups are added as fallbacks which would be pretty rare so i'm going to mark this as minor.
