This file is currrently maintained by Whimsy in SVN at:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site/trunk/content/foundation/board/calendar.md

To pick up the change automatically, ideally this copy should be deleted, and the build job updated to fetch the file from SVN just before the build
