Missing commit emails #297

Clarification, @sebbASF : these are just the emails commit notifications go to, correct? They're not contact emails. Because otherwise press should not be getting emails for sponsorship and buy-stuff.

These are copies of the commit mails so that the relevant groups are informed of changes to 'their' part of the website.
