Update pagefind to latest version (1.0.3) #313

Seems to work fine - see https://www-pagefind1x.staged.apache.org/

Just discovered that the search seems to misbehave. Try searching for 'aa' - 4 results, same as at present. However 'aaa' now gives 159 results instead of 0. This does not make sense

Turns out that this is intentional: if a search does not return any results, it does a prefix search. Not sure this is an improvement; I would rather not see any results if there are no exact matches.

Or at least it would be useful to be able to choose the behaviour. (Will try to find out if this can be configured)

A search string can be enclosed in double-quotes to match the full search string (and no more), so the new behaviour is less of an issue.
