Note:
The current PR places the "Zero-Clause BSD" at the end of the list.
Open Source Initiative states that the 0BSD is an alteration of the ISC license, and it is not textually derived from licenses in the BSD family.
Considering the above, I felt it was not best to place it under "BSD (without advertising clause). Including variants".
Since it is an alteration of the "ISC" license, it could be positioned under "MIT/X11" where ISC is listed, or alternatively, indented below "ISC."
Added to the "ASF 3RD PARTY LICENSE POLICY" under "CATEGORY A: WHAT CAN WE INCLUDE IN AN ASF PROJECT?"
