Description

Updating the Navigation bar

Change the menu items here I make the menu items little bigger, and give it a round edges for a modern look

Add a dropdown arrow animation, and style the submenus

Add an animation to the dropdown menu. whenever a click will occur the arrow will rotate upward, after the focus is removed it will come back to it's original state.
Add some spacing between the sub menus, so they will be more accessible.

@bproffitt Hey I want to contribute for GSoC 2024 and for that I have a project idea, in which I will change the UI of website.

Check list

First I will change the UI and give them a modern look
After changing all the UI, I will make responsive for various devices.

when I was using the site on mobile there was a issue with some element placement, they not aligning properly
Add some animation, for better user experience

Can I do project for GSoC 2024

If you have any other ideas related to this project, or any UI modification in website please tell me.

@OmkarSonawane1230 First off, thanks for the changes to the menu, it looks sharp. Regarding a more aggressive set of changes, I think we will need to pause on that. The site is about to undergo a change in branding soon, and with that will come some changes like those you mention. These are are all planned out already. Also, I am not sure what our status is with Google Summer of Code this year. I appreciate the contribution, but I won't know if and when we can move forward for a while.
