Update glossary for Incubator-related terms #388

According to https://lists.apache.org/thread/8lmb8o7bsr7wyqyfwqpw3pgsztxl9h0s, make a draft to update the glossary.

Hi,

I think it’s too early to introduce terms like MIPMC, MPPMC and MPMC. Also, as the Incubator, we don't have a remit to ask all top-level projects to call the PMC members MPMC. I believe that discussion should probably be had on the members list.

@justinmclean I agree. This is a draft to gather the temporary outcome of discussion, not something to be merged eagerly.

I also object to creating new acronyms, we have plenty of those already. "Member of " is good enough in my opinion.

Narrow the scope down to incubator related terms that are already used.
