We just introduced a brand new API, the Market segments API!
What can you do with it?
You can define market segments on account level like Corporate, Business, Leisure, Group or Wedding. For every defined market segment, you can define to which of the properties it is available, e.g. in Munich and not in Berlin.
The APIs for defining market segments are in the Settings module:
After having market segments defined, you can set them on specific reservations. You can identify, based on the attributes that are more relevant to you which is the proper market segment for a reservation. For example, if a reservation is for a corporate rate plan, you could set the Corporate market segment to the reservation. Or, if a reservation is for a group, you could set the Group market segment to the reservation.
Apaleo, doesn't automatically set market segments on reservations. You are 100% in control of the criteria you want to use for setting market segments on reservations!

After having set market segments for reservations, you can filter reservations and the property performance report by market segments.
