Updated throttling limit for Development and Trial accounts #78

We have introduced revised limits for the amount of requests allowed for development and trial accounts.

The new limits are as follow:

A total burst of 5 requests/second
A total of 50 requests per minute measured over a period of 120 seconds

Does this limits apply to Live accounts?

No, the limits stay untouched for any requests made to Live accounts.
