CTRL+Enter when on list title #48

This is a very minor thing, but it is a workflow improvement. Every time I create a new list, I write the title and instinctively press CTRL+Enter to start typing notes, but this is not possible, since it just stays in the title field of the list.

Good suggestion, thanks.

Done with 723c4220cb, will be on nullboard.io shortly.

Pressing Ctrl-Enter when editing board title now adds a new list and starts editing its title.

Pressing Ctrl-Enter when editing list title now adds a new note and starts editing. This works for new (empty) and already populated lists. In fact, for populated lists this gives a shortcut for adding a note to the list - just click on its title, press Ctrl-Enter and get a new note at the bottom of the list.
