Add a Dockerfile and nginx unit config file #70

I setup the application to be served using Nginx Unit because it's a super light weight version of Nginx. It's configured to serve up the nullboard.html file on port 80

I will not merge this into the master as I have no need for this functionality personally and don't want to be on a receiving end of related support requests. Please fork the repo and I can link it from the Readme.
