Upgrade to support Capacitor 5

@aparajita I have upgraded to Capacitor 5, but haven't bumped the major version to 4.0.0. Let me know if you would like that as well.

• I ran pnpm verify, which completes with no errors for both platforms.
• I also tested on a real iOS device as well as in an Android emulator, running API 33 - also with no issues.

I'll try to add a GitHub CI config, but I've got little experience with those. It will be a separate PR if it works.

I'll make another PR for the demo repo that I've tested with and is also upgraded to Capacitor 5.
