Is there a way to put a snapshot panel like gxmame in the gui.

This sort of feature is possible and has been previously discussed.  With the 
new
modular architecture of !Mupen64Plus, this feature must be implemented in a GUI
front-end, which will be a separate project from the modules I'm maintaining 
here.
