Strange behavior in Qt GUI when loading bad ROMs

SVN Version 1331 Qt build

Problem Description:

Running bad dumps is not possible with the new patches from trunk merged in
the cheats branch (before this the cheats branch was fine). When trying to
load a bad dump/hacked ROM it will ask if I want to run it. Instead of a
choice between running it or not it only presents an "Ok" button and
pressing it does nothing. This behavior can also be found in current trunk.
After checking "Ask before loading dumped/hacked ROM" in the configuration
it no longer gives me the dialog and runs the game. Which is the exact
opposite of what I would expect to happen.
