Hi,
could you launch the mupen GUI frontend from terminal and paste output, which
will
hopefully include an error message?
What "latest OS X update" are you referring to? Software Update does not find
anything I don't have, yet mupen works for me.

more thoughts :
what build are you able to launch from terminal? The one inside the bundle, or
one
you built yourself?
Did you install GTK from the website mentionned in the instructions?

Ok, it's the pre-made build available here that no longer functions, it used to
work fine on my mini but I'm
assuming some OSX updates have effected it as I've tried it on a brand spanking
new macbook. The launcher
starts fine, but clicking "Configure Mupen64plus" does nothing, I have to
manually start this from terminal.

Mupen64plus itself runs fine btw. This is probably a non-issue as I'm assuming
the launcher is temporary.
Would you like me to build from svn?

Well what I'd like you is to answer the questions I asked ;)
1) You said it runs fine from terminal. What build are you able to launch from
terminal? The one inside the bundle, or one you built yourself?
2) Did you install GTK from the website mentionned in the instructions?
3) Could you launch the mupen launcher from terminal and paste output of what
happens
when you hit configure mupen? this will hopefully include an error message

1) I'm using the pre-compiled binary available at the front page.
2) Yes, GTK is installed
3) MacBook:MacOS crispyxuk$ ./launcher
execvp(/Users/crispyxuk/Games/Emulators/Nintendo,
64/Mupen64Plus.app/Contents/Resources/../MacOS/mupen64plus) failed with error 2!

Do you really have a directory called Games/Emulators/Nintendo,64 ?
Could you try putting mupen in applications or even on desktop and trying again?

Yes I do.
Moved to applications, all seems well now.
This maybe the wrong place to ask, is there a way of updating this build with
the launcher?

Ok, the issue is then very likely one of paths -- comas in filenames are quite
rare
so i never tested that.
I'm not sure what you mean with "is there a way of updating this build with the
launcher?", though

No comma in the path, not sure why it was outputted like that. folder is
games/emulators/nintendo 64

Presumably this was a GUI-only bug. The GUI has been removed.
