Rename most of the plugins #224

I think that rename the plugins made by non-<mupen64plus members> with
source changes from the original plugin to M64P plugin is a good idea.
eg.:
glN64 0.4.1 >> glN64 M64P build 1.x or glN64 mupen64plus 1.x

It's this.

As part of the 2.0 re-architecture, I have re-named the plugins.  The audio and 
input
plugins are now just called mupen64plus-input-sdl and mupen64plus-audio-sdl, 
the RSP
plugin is mupen64plus-rsp-hle, and the rice video plugin (since there are many
different video plugins that were developed for Zilmar-spec emulators) still 
retains
the Rice name: mupen64plus-video-rice.
