Describe your system:
 - Linux distribution: Ubuntu
 - Machine type: 32 bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.5
 - Plugins used: Rice's Video Plugin 1.5, No Audio, Blight's SDL Input
plugin 0.0.10, Hacktarux/Azimer hle rsp plugin

Describe the problem:
World flashes white randomly when in race.

Can you try to disable fog in rice? If it goes away this is a duplicate of bug

I observed this bug and was able to 'fix' the flashing world textures by adding 
the line:

ScreenUpdateSetting=1

to the proper section in the RiceVideoLinux.ini file, which starts with these 2 
lines:

{9803f7728ba95665-45}
Name=STAR WARS EP1 RACER

This game has other visual artifacts as well however.
