Currently, when performing N2G search the results of the neurons are
(A) in random order, and
(B) this order changes everytime the same search is performed.
It would be helpful to list them in the order of their layer number, then index. This would be helpful as neurons of different layers (e.g. early/mid/late layer neurons) encode different behaviour.
