Section 1.1 of the Process Document should be updated to insert a reference to the proposed new JSR Review Process and to require the publication of various stats, including those relating to transparency, linked from the JSR page on jcp.org.

We are already requesting Spec Leads to present using the JSR Review template created in 2013; this will formalize the process.

Incorporated some changes into section 3.1.2 Expert Group transparency and participation.

This probably needs tweaking - please review.

Section 3.2.1 of the EDR does include more clarity on transparency requirements.

This issue also requests: "to require the publication of various stats, including those relating to transparency"

Lines 321-323 may be intended to address this, and may be sufficient, but I'd like someone else to confirm that this issue is sufficiently addressed.

Yes - I deliberately kept the language somewhat vague. I think this is sufficient for now (we may take another look at it later).
