The OpenStack membership agreement contains the following language:

"You agree to notify the Project Manager of any facts or circumstances of which you become aware that would make these representations inaccurate in any respect."

It might be helpful to add similar language to the JSPA and Affiliate Membership Agreement to help us to track members' changes in employment status.

If doesn't seem appropriate to incorporating such language into the Affiliate Membership Agreement since that is deliberately "employer-neutral".

We did agree in a WG meeting to add some language on the web-form that members will have to fill in each year to renew their membership.

Since we really need this to apply to Full Members who are employed, the JSPA (the membership agreement) for those members seems the appropriate place (if any) for such language.

The JSR 358 version of this issue will track that.
