Encourage in-flight JSRs to migrate to new version of the JCP. The WG concluded that it would be OK to mix old-style individual members (with Exhibit Bs) and new-style individual members (with ECAs) in the same EG (for in-flight JSRs), but Patrick will double-check this with Legal.

We will compete migrations to new agreements (Affiliates, Partner & ECA vs Exhibit B) at time of renewals; however, we will notify all members at time of launch. We will request JUGs to give us verification of legal status for Full Membership (Partner Membership is for JUGs that are not legal entities).
