Mike DeNicola suggested in Issue #64 that section 3.3.4 (Form the EG) be deleted and its contents included in the previous section.

I disagree - Expert Group Formation is a different stage from the Approval Ballot, and deserves its own section.

Mike also notes that section 3.2.2.1 (EG composition deals with similar subject matter). ('m not sure if he is suggestion an additional merger.)

I'm creating this new issue to deal with this matter so I can mark 64 as resolved.

Fixed in version 8 of the revised Process Document.

Here's what I did:

Combined 3.3.3 and 3.3.4 into new 3.3.3 JSR Approval Ballot and Expert Group Formation
Eliminated redundancies between this new section and 3.3.2. All of the material relating to identifying EG members and Contributors is now in the earlier section, reflecting our wishes for early and full disclosure of support for the JSR.

These changes need to be reviewed carefully since they involve restructuring the document and renumbering sections.

Issue was closed with resolution "Fixed"
