Update the terms of the EC Members expiring on the EC public page from 2015 to 2016: https://jcp.org/en/participation/committee Also update the end date in the database for the membership terms of these five members - ARM, Azul, Hazelcast, Werner Keil, and Geir Magnusson.

I edited the description; there are five not four members to update (we had five rather than four elected members in 2013 because CloudBees resigned).

Checked the end dates for those last elected in 2014 and they all say 2016 now.
