During the April 21 Working Group meeting we agreed that it would be helpful if the Membership Classes chart and the Workflow chart could link directly to Process Document definitions and explanations as necessary.

I've verified that the Process Document already contains (and/or I added) anchors ("Bookmarks" in MS terminology) to the following definitions and explanatory sections:

It therefore ought to be possible for other documents to reference these bookmarks via ProcessDocURL#bookmark-name

Unfortunately it will not be possible to verify these changes until we have generated a "translated" HTML version of the Process Document.

I therefore suggest that we leave this issue in the Resolved state until Final Release when we can check against the HTML version of the new Process Document.
