During discussion at the June EC f2f meeting we realized that we have not explicitly stated that people must specify which kind of seat they are running for when they nominate themselves for election. They cannot nominate for both Community and Elected seats.

Also, explicitly state that the names of nominees will be published only after the nomination period has closed (so people cannot "game the system" by switching the kind of seat they are nominating themselves for depending on how much competition they face.
