We agreed at the September f2f meeting to strike the formal definition of the term Consensus and to replace it with the deliberately more vague term agreement.

We also agreed to add some general text in the Standing Rules document to clarify that the primary goal of reaching general agreement, and also to clarify that in the absence of agreement any member may call for a vote at any time.

These changes have been made, so I'm marking this issue as Resolved pending review and approval.
