785-789 - See comments on 54, above (filed as JSR-348-133). I thought we agreed to eliminate this in the NJ EC meeting by agreeing to give the Chair power to investigate and act on voting fraud as long as evidence is clear and this activity is put in the public record. I do not see that in this document.

815-817 - strike "except that Agents of JCP Members" as we decided that the PMO would be able to deal with election fraud (see 785-789 comment above.)

I deleted "or if one or more Members are Agents of another Member" from "All JCP Members are eligible to vote in ballots for Ratified and Elected Seats subject to the provision that if a Member has majority-ownership of one or more other Members, or if one or more Members are Agents of another Member, then that group of Members shall collectively have one vote"

I added the following paragraph:

"If the PMO has reason to believe that an organization is attempting to influence the outcome of an election by encouraging its Agents to vote on its behalf it should take all necessary corrective action and then report the matter to the EC for approval."

OK to strike the clause.

New para should read:

"If the PMO has reason to believe that an organization is attempting to influence the outcome of an election by instructing its Agents how to vote the PMO should take all necessary corrective action and then report the matter to the EC for approval."

Approved at September 29 WG meeting.
