Since I had to make some additional edits (cleaning up wording, etc.) I also fixed this by adding the definition from the JSPA.

"Licensor Name Space" is used in the Process Document as a defined term but is not in the list of definitions.
This is drawn from the JSPA. Here it is:
Licensor Name Space: the public class or interface declarations whose names begin with "java", "javax", "com.sun" (or com.Your name if You are the Specification Lead) or their equivalents in any subsequent naming convention adopted by Sun.
(We should change "Sun" to "Oracle.")
I'm deferring this for now, since we really need a better mechanism for cross-referencing these definitions. Maybe we should say "the definitions in version x.y of the JSPA apply here."
