The latest changes (elimination of Change Log, introduction of Issue Tracker) have introduced both Issue List and Issue list to the Process document; a decision must be made as to whether this needs a new definition or whether it should be all referred as "issue list"

I've just realized that 348-71 provides a definition of Issue List, so this is not needed.

Agreed. (Unless you meant that I'd inadvertently used the term "Issue list" with mixed case.) Wherever the term appears it should be "Issue List."

I'm going to close this. Further comments can go into jsr348-71
