I have read the definition of a "Profile Specification" (Line 146) several times and I see it is some kind of aggregation spec, but I can't quite concretize the intent.

Can we include an example of each of the 2 kinds (1." Zero" and 2. "Or more" other JSR inclusions.) I think that would help clarify the point?

Out of scope for JSR 355. I'll move this issue over to JSR 358 and we'll deal with it there.
